The master suite has a king size bed and a huge bathroom with a walk-in shower, 2 sinks and a separate toilet. The first guest bedroom has a queen size bed, the second guest bedroom has a king size bed and the third bedroom has a full-size bed. A Publix supermarket, banks, restaurants and shopping malls are closed by. Siesta Key beach is not even 10 minutes away from the house. There is a 90 night length of stay requirement for this community. Association application and background checks will be required and approval delays can occur. No pets and NO Smoking!
