Owner Relations Manager
Serve as the primary liaison between property owners and guests, ensuring exceptional service for both. You'll oversee day-to-day owner relationships, coordinate inspections and maintenance, and act as a trusted point of contact for the homeowners we serve.
- Act as liaison between owners and guests to resolve issues quickly
- Coordinate with inspectors for unit inspections and maintenance
- Maintain and update property listing information
- Review owner statements for accuracy
- Manage the owner portal and assist with reservations
- Conduct weekly owner check-ins via call, email, and correspondence
A reliable team player with strong communication, problem-solving, and client management skills. Experience in vacation rental, property management, or hospitality is a plus.
Property Care Specialist
Be the eyes and hands inside our 300+ vacation rental homes. You'll inspect properties before and after every guest stay, ensure homes are clean and guest-ready, and maintain the standards that keep Roelens an Airbnb Superhost year after year.
- Conduct comprehensive property inspections before and after guest stays
- Ensure properties are clean, stocked, and guest-ready
- Track inventory (furnishings, linens, kitchen supplies)
- Report maintenance, repair needs, and damages
- Verify all amenities and appliances are functional
- Run daily reports and communicate findings to the Owner Relations team
A motivated, reliable team player with a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest property standards. Comfortable working independently and traveling between properties throughout your shift.
